  • The information, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, and other material contained on this website are informational purposes only. The aim of this website is to promote broad consumer awareness regarding total body health and wellness. Where applicable, we will provide knowledge and advice on various health topics, as it pertains to the products featured on this website. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We advocate that you always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment, and before undertaking a new health care regimen, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have on this website or anywhere else.

  • All consultations inquiries must be sent through Sarjo’s Wholistics.
  • No refunds or exchanges on Yoni Eggs due to the intimate nature of their use.
  • Nasal inhalers, intimate washes, or any other products that include pumps or sprays are also NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • If any items from your order arrive broken (including Yoni Eggs), you can get a replacement for these damaged items. You will need to submit photos of the damaged item(s) to Sarjo’s Wholistics to begin processing your replacement.
  • You will not get a refund if the egg you purchase from us is not the same size as the other sellers egg offerings.
  • If you receive an incorrect order please notify us with 7 days to receive an exchange.
  • Refunds for unwanted items are given at Sarjo’s Wholistics discretion, provided we have failed in exhausting all avenues of you receiving items you have ordered. Should you be unhappy with your item, please email us at Sarjo’s Wholistics, stating the reason you wish to return the item(s) with applicable photos attached. Once the reason has been accepted, please return unopened, undamaged items within 7 business days of email confirmation. If the unwanted item is received back to Sarjo’s Wholistics in a damaged or otherwise un-sell-able condition, your refund request will not be honored.
  • Opened or broken seal items (washes, elixirs, serums, potions, nasal inhalers, etc) are non-refundable and un-exchangeable.
  • Under no circumstances are items held for more than 24hrs due to high turn over. If you wish to hold items, then a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the item cost will be required and will be valid for a period of 2 weeks.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.


  • Please note: during busier times orders may take 2-10 days to ship out.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for UK orders & up to 4 weeks ( usually 7-10 working days) for International Orders.
  • Once Tracking Numbers have been issued, it is your responsibility to check the status of your package. If your package has attempted to be delivered and was unsuccessful, it is your responsibility to check with your local sorting/post office.
  • If you made a mistake on your shipping info and the package is returned because of it, you will have to pay the shipping cost again. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
  • Custom charges are the customers/buyers responsibility.
  • Orders with address errors or issues will be canceled.
  • When you receive a notification from the website saying your order has been fulfilled, that means your order was sent to the post office to be shipped out. You wont be able to track your order until it is shipped.

All products are made with natural ingredients. What this means is that they will not have a shelf life that is as long as store bought products. Sarjo’s Wholistics items are only preserved using essential oils! Better for your skin and health. Please use products within 6 months of purchase. These products are not meant to just sit on a shelf and look pretty. They’re meant to make you feel good and improve your health. Please store your products in a cool, preferably dark place away from direct sunlight . Once the product has been opened, we suggest use within 2-3 months. Sarjo’s Wholistics is not responsible for any effects you may suffer by using products past this recommended usage period, or any ill effects that come from improper usage within the recommended usage period.
